Policies and Procedures

Email issues

We have been having trouble receiving emails. This is due to the fact that several users are using webmail only, not downloading email to Outlook. Please remember that Outlook is where we store email, and webmail is only for temporary usage. If you're not using webmail, this does not affect you.

If you are using webmail, please make sure Outlook has downloaded your latest email, then log in to webmail and forward and/or delete all remaining items. Thanks.

Viruses

There are currently lots of malicious software programs going around. Please make sure your antivirus software is up to date and you are applying updates to Windows when available (small yellow shield.) If you get a warning from a program that you do not recognize, please close all files, turn off your PC and call Gary for further assistance. Thanks.

Office Internet issues

Internet problems are currently resolved, but please give us a call if you have issues emailing us. Thanks.

Verizon Discount

Because of our agreement with Verizon, your are eligible for a discount on your personal Verizon account. To get the discount, click the link over on the right side (Verizon Discount) and enter your full work email address. You'll then get an email with further information. Note: your bill must be current in order to receive the discount.

Email issues

Email looks like it's working well. If you still haven't had to change your password, it will probably be later in the week. Thanks.

Note problem

Several of us are having trouble with very large note size on the new Monthly Documentation Form. If you are trying to email these and they're not going, it's because the files are too big. This may because of an Office Update you need, and will take about 15 minutes to fix.

1. Close any Word, Outlook or Excel files you have open.
2. Download the Update by clicking "download" on this page and following the directions there. Download Page. Please note where you save the file.
3. Run the file from the place where you saved it.
4. Once the update is complete open any of your large files (to see the size, right click the name of the file. any file over 1000k is getting big.) and then choose file..save as... and pick a different location to save the new file. Then check to see if the file size has changed. If it hasn't, drop me an email and let me know.
