Many of you have been receiving documents from the state that are prepared in Word 2007. I can give many reasons why I think this format is not a good idea, but it won't change anyone's mind when they send it to you, so what you need is a way to open these documents even though we will not be using Word 2007. It's not too complicated.

This should take about 15 minutes total. (dial-up users should probably skip doing this for now)Use the link below to SAVE the program to your hard drive. Note where it's saving to, then when it's finished downloading, double click the program to start it, and follow all prompts. After that, you should be able to open those word docs.
